Fresh starts here
Tijuana Flats Campaign
Role: Creative Director and Designer
This was the Mea Culpa; Tijuana Flats’ way of saying “Hey, we know we messed up. But we heard you, and we’ve made some changes. Please give us another shot.”
New year, new Flats. Pico de gallo and mexican rice were back, cilantro lime rice was cooked better and kept fresher, and the cook times for steak and blackened chicken were adjusted. Even the guac and shredded chicken had slightly different recipes though it wasn’t promoted. All of this to prove that Tijuana Flats cares about what its customers think and they want to be better.
The art was simple so that the focus remained on the food. There was a new seasonal drink — coconut limeade — included, and the cult favorite cookie dough flautas were featured to round out the meal display.
Nothing fancy, just fresh ingredients that made everything better, especially the bowls and burritos.
